Part of my handmade felted 100% cashmere/fleece hat line. The  makes this much softer and warmer than anything non-felted (and takes a LOT longer to make, which accounts for the cost).  Stretchy material fits most but do take a look at the rough measurements below. 

This one is a hybrid between my regular hats and the hoods. It has long flaps that hang down on the sides to keep your ears warm and cozy. This one is made from the leftover materials from . The inside of this one is fleece with cashmere/wool felted on the outside, so it stands up more like a wizardy hat. It sat unfinished as a regular hat for months until I was inspired to add the ear flaps so I could better incorporate that beautiful floral paisley. Sparkling green/teal sequins are hand-sewn with invisible thread to create a truly magical look. OOOOO SPARKLES!!

You can sometimes find things like this on Etsy for the same price as mine (usually around $40-$60), but mine are machine-needle-felted, so thicker, way more durable, and a lot warmer. I have a machine with 12 spiky needles that does this. It also takes more time and makes a huge difference in the finished work.
